CIVIL LITIGATION AND WORKERS’ COMPENSATION LAW 

Shauna L. Gustafson joined the firm in November 2009, and concentrates her practice in the areas of civil litigation and workers’ compensation, on behalf of employers and insurance companies. 

Shauna earned her B.A. in Journalism from Eastern Illinois University in 2003, and her J.D. from DePaul University College of Law in 2006.  She was admitted to practice in Illinois in 2006.  Shauna is a Rockford native, and has also practiced in the area of criminal law.  She has a broad range of bench and jury trial experience in the State courts, and is a member of the Illinois State and Winnebago County Bar Associations.
