WORKERS’ COMPENSATION LITIGATION AND EMPLOYMENT LAW 

Jeff Salisbury, managing partner, concentrates his practice in workers’ compensation litigation and employment law for employers and insurance companies.  He has broad experience in all aspects of workers’ compensation litigation including claims for hearing loss, pulmonary exposure, occupational cancer and other occupational disease claims.  Prior to opening the firm with George in 1992, Jeff practiced at Hinshaw, Culbertson in Rockford and Webber & Thies in Urbana.  He frequently lectures to the profession and the business community on workers’ compensation and employment law topics, including the Employer’s Association of Illinois, the Rockford Area Chamber of Commerce, the Illinois Institute for Continuing Legal Education, Illinois State Bar Association and the Winnebago County Bar Association.  Jeff attended the University of Maryland, European Division (B.A. 1979) and the University of Illinois College of Law (J.D. 1983), and  served as a member of the United States Air Force from 1973 to 1980.  He is also a member of the Leading Lawyers Network in the category of Workers’ Compensation Defense Law.
